TO FILE AND SERVE ANSWER

Defendant, __, through the undersigned counsel, to this Honorable

Court, most respectfully avers that:

1. On 21 October 2020, Defendant __received a

Summons dated 21 October 2020 requiring Defendant to file
and serve to the other parties his Answer to the Complaint in
the above entitled case within Fifteen (15) days from receipt
thereof or until 05 November 2020.

2. As Defendant __are still in the process of gathering

evidence including documents and testimonies of witnesses to
be incorporated to their Answer, Defendant __humbly requests
that he be given additional Fifteen (15) days or until 20
November 2020 to submit his Answer.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, Defendant Alfredo __most respectfully pray that the

Honorable Court grants this Motion and allow Defendant __additional
