RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the board adopis the olicy of strict monitoring of locators in PUD 1 by the involved offices Guarterty following the conditions provided in the zoning ordinance and other related ‘existing laws and policies, RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any violation of the zoning ordinance and other related existing laws and polies, including but not limited to misdeciaration anc) misrepresentation in the application of business permits will be subject to revocation of business permit or non-renewal of business permit. RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish a copy of this Resolution to the existing trucking, van Yard, and warehouse businesses within PUD-1 for Information and guidance.
