JOB SUMMARY
Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the GEP
Technical Account Management team and the customer w ith
the ongoing value delivery from GEP SMA RT & NEXXE
Solution

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent Communication (w ritten & verbal)
• Stakeholder management skills
• Ability to liaise w ith various internal teams
• Ability to w ork on complex projects
• Understanding of a typical procurement process
• Understanding of product implementation process
• Adaptable to changes in technology

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• As functional experts, you need to have the ability to
understand customer needs from the solution and most
common use cases & associated bus iness processes of
your allocated customers. You need to proactively monitor
your customers to ensure good operational health &
excellent usage of GEP SMART & GEP NEXXE
• Co-ow n the responsibility of customer satisfaction w ith the
Technical Account Manager & Customer Success
