Analysis:

1. The different types of financial statements are Statement of Financial Position

or the Balance Sheet, Statement of Comprehensive Income or the Income
Statement, Statement of Changes in Owner’s Equity, Statement of Cash
Flows, and the Notes.
2. The Statement of Financial Position gives the financial condition of a business
as of the given date. The Statement of Comprehensive Income shows the
performance of the business whether it is gaining profit or not. The Statement
of Changes in Owner’s Equity reports the changes in the owner’s capital. The
Statement of Cash flow shows the analysis of the operating, investing, and
financing activities. Finally, the notes of a financial statement show some
accounting information not shown in the financial statement.
