    Ulna Nerve: C8, T1

    Musculocutaneous Nerve: C5-C7

    Upper Trap: C3, C4

    Levator scapulae: C5

    Rhomboids: C5

    Deltoid: Axilary nerve C5, C6

    Teres Major: C5, C6

    Supraspinatus, infraspinatus: C5, C6

    Pec Major: Medial (C8, T1) and lateral pectoral nerves (C5, C6, C7)

    Lat dorsi: Thoracodorsal nerve (C6-C8)

    Pec minor: Medial pectoral nerve (C8, T1)

    Needle deltoid, infraspinatus, lat dorsi:

    Tennis elbow: ECRB C6, C7

    Golfer’s elbow: Pronator teres C6, C7; Flexor carpi radialis C6, C7

    Needle lat dorsi:

    Dequervain: Extensor pollicis brevis (C7, C8); abductor pollicis longus (C7, C8)

    Pronator teres syndrome: Pronator teres C6, C7
