NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th December, 2010
G.S.R. 1021(E).—In exercise ofthe powers conferred
by Section 34 ofthe National Trust for Welfare of Persons
with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and
Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Central
Government hereby makes the following rules further to
amend the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with
Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple
Disabilities Rules, 2000, namely :
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Turst
for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental
Retardation and Multiple Disabilities (Amendment) Rules,
2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of
their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with
Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple
Disabilities Rules, 2000, in rule 15, sub-rule (3) shall be
omitted,
