REMINDER: For smooth acceptance of your export shipments, we will be requiring you to send the following details at North Terminal as instructed by ICTSI.
No pre-advise will be diverted to truck holding area and cargo will be refused.
( Booking #, container #, vessel/voyage, size/type, trucking company and truck plate number)
Pre-advise will be accommodated from Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm only.

FOR THE ATTENTION OF SHIPPERS/BROKERS/CLEARING AGENTS


1. SHIPPER’s LIABILITY: Shippers are liable for the cost of any damage that may arise to container after receipt
from yard up to drop off at prestack / back to pick up yard when not used.
2. CARGO LIABILITY: The carrier/agent will not be liable for any damage to the cargo while in transit from
shipper’s nominated stuffing point to the port premises.
3. HAZARDOUS CARGO DECLARATION: Mandatory to be submitted at port gate or our Operations office in original.
4. STICKERS:(A) Shippers/Brokers and CHA to obtain correct sticker, labels for weight declarationie. Light/medium/
Heavy, supplied by our office, and affix the same on the container.
(B) For HARAZDOUS CARGO, Shippers/Broker/CHA to obtain requisite sticker, labels and affix the same on the
containers. Any penalty arising out of mom-compliance would be debited to your account.
5. F-13 FORM (Indian Ports only): Container to be brought back under form 13 at PHMNL. Form 13 are available with our surveyor’s office.
6. SHIPPING BILL/CLP: Shippers/brokers/CHA to submit Shipping Bill/CLP to our surveyor’s office prior to vessel cut off, failure to which the
line shall not be held responsible for any shut outs.
7. SEALS: To be collected from yard.
8. RETURN OF CONTAINERS: Containers are to be returned back after stuffing to Buffer Yard/PORT prior to the cut-off period of the
Intended vessel. All the containers are in sea-worthy condition.
9. VALIDITY: The DO will be valid only for 3 days from the date of issue.
10. PORT PENALTY: Any penalty levied by the terminal due to incorrect information provided by you will be debited to your account.
11. Please ensure that the boxes are delivered at the port with the door of the containers facing aft (the rear of the truck).
12. SPECIAL EQUIPMENTS: In case of OPEN TOP, FLAT RACK containers, shipper to make sure before pick up that all removable parts such as
Tarpaulin, Tier Cord, Roof Bows, etc are intact.
13. Container/s is received in clean and sound condition at the Depot.
14. Subject to space availability and acceptance by the carrier.
15. Please submit your Proforma B/L with full address, Tel/Fax number of the consignee as soon as cargo/container is given for customs
out of charge. Failing which late documentation charges, as per tariff, will be applicable. Feeding/movement as per prevailing port rules.
