Instructions: Respond to each of the following questions with a complete sentence. You may receive if
a 100 if your answers show effort and quality. Please answer each prompt with at least one complete
paragraph.

Part 1: A big part of being successful now is knowing where you want to be in the future. As you plan for
your future this month list the 5 colleges you would like to attend below and why. If you do not plan on
attending a 4 year institution you can list technical colleges or training you plan on completing.

Kennesaw State – Easy to get in to and save money and good equestrian team
UGA – Great Vet. Program and equestrian team
AU – Great Vet. Program and equestrian team
UNC – Mom, both uncles, grandma and grandpa went there
UVA – Beautiful campus

Part 2: Of the five colleges listed select one as your top choice. Write a one paragraph summary of what
this college has to offer you. Include information such as campus organizations or activities you are
interested in, your intended major and how this college will help you achieve your professional goals.

As of right now, Kennesaw State is my top choice, but I am planning on transferring after 2 years to go to
UGA. Kennesaw State can offer me experience on how an equestrian team is like and how to farther my
career with it. It can also help me receive most of my credits that I need to finish to graduate. I am really
interested in going into the equine veterinarian program and I have heard from several people that the
UGA program is amazing and it is a great program to set me up for the future.

Part 3: How do you believe your time in Work Based Learning will help to better prepare you for your
future college and career plans?

I believe my time in Work Based will better prepare me for my future because I am able to work and
make money, therefore being able to save money to pay for my apartment.
