RESUME OF EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

I am an Electrical Engineer with about 16 years of practical experience from various projects in Philippines,
Taiwan and Saudi Arabia. I have been involved in site supervision of Electrical LC and LV Systems, Electrical
Designs, and Electrical QA/QC.

As my present work, I am involved in the review for the approvals of drawing and material submittals mainly
pertaining to the Low current Systems. Supervised the installation of Electrical systems in site, attending the
Request for Inspections (RFI) submitted by the contractors and assuring for the compliance as per project
specification, standard, and as per approved drawings and material submittals.

I was also involved in the preparation of material submittals for approval, prepare request for inspection,
drawing submittals, and some office related works; Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and
application by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials;
complete projects by training and guiding electrical technicians; mainly professional and technical knowledge
by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; established professional networks;
participate in professional societies; contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Follow and witness the testing and commissioning doing by CAT subcontractor in 42MW
power Plant of Al Ruqee Border including the
 Low Resistance Tests, Hi-Pot Test for MV Switchgear Bus Bars up to 28KV, Motor Stator,
Main Rotor & Exciter Resistance Test,
 Current Transformer Test for Generators, Primary Injection Test(200-600V), Relay Function
Test, Battery (24V) Tests including Water Density,
 Voltage Charge and DC Charger System Test, MV and LV cable Resistance Test, Multi-
Function analog and Digital Meter Test,
 Mechanical Operation for MV Switchgear Test.
 Follow the Contractor for the installation of 32 Transformers to be supplied the AL RUQEE
Boarder Expansion Project, Termination of MV Cables in joints and Transformers, Termination

 Doing inspection to the electrical works executed by the contractor in site if this will comply
with the approved drawings and standard.
 Reviews the material submittals submitted by the contractors and ensure the compliance as per
Project Standard and Specifications prior for approval.

Oct’11-Nov’14: during this tenure my responsibilities included:

 Conducts engineering and feasibility and economic studies and prepares


reports on findings.
 Reviews plans and specifications for constructability and program adherence.
 Reviews contract documents; prepares change orders and request for
information responses as required for public safety and compliance with
contract documents.
 Generates and compiles statistical information necessary for budgeting of
facilities, equipment and manpower.
 Reviews completed projects, designs or studies for policy and budgetary
compliance; may perform technical review of designs.
 Prepare the proposal drawings and re-routing of electrical and mechanical
systems.
 Provide Method of statements for the Electrical works and submitted for
Consultants Approval before site execution.
 Preparation of RFI (Request for Inspection) as per site works done.
 Monitoring all Electrical Engineering networks aspects of the project to
ensure compliance with approved and proper standards
 Monitor Electrical installations to ensure that only approved materials are
being used in the permanent works.
 Provide an estimate of materials to be executed in site as per approved
drawings, and site requirements for electrical services and maintenance.
 Provide reports on the progress of the Electrical networks aspects of the
project.
 Supervised the execution of Electro-Mechanical works in site as per approved
shop drawings, as per site requirements and specification.
 Double checked and revised the shop drawings to be executing especially the
coordination drawings as per site condition and panel board schedule before
executing in site.

May’09-July’11: during this tenure my responsibilities included:

Alarm System, IP Telephony, Data System, Audio video, EIB(lighting
control circuit),Earthing and Lightning protection, UPS, and any Electrical
related works.

Jan’08-Feb’09: during this tenure my responsibilities included:

 Provide the Electrical guidelines and technical details of the product or


structure that is being built.
 Study work order requests to determine type of service, such as lighting or
power, demanded by installation
 Draft working drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specifications
or cross-sections of underground cables, as required for instructions to
installation crew.
 Review completed construction drawings and cost estimates for accuracy and
conformity to standards and regulations.

Dec’05-Dec’07: during this tenure my responsibilities included:

 Responsible in designing and setting up machinery.


 Operating machinery and diagnosing malfunctions.
