 Original National ID along with the photocopy duly attested by a first class gazetted officer.
 Your original educational certificates and transcripts (including Master’s, Bachelor’s, HSC, &
SSC) along with a set of photocopies thereof, duly attested by a first class gazetted officer or by
the registrar of your University.
 Only degree awarding certificates will be accepted. Certificate of course completion or mark
sheet or testimonials are not admissible.
