2020 ENHANCEMENT-REFRESHER PROGRAM

UNDERTAKING
(for males only)

I ______________________________________________________, presently enrolled in the


2020 Enhancement Refresher Program, do hereby promise and undertake to abide by the
policies at the Recoletos Law Center of the University of San Jose-Recoletos, and that:

1) I shall observe the NO ID, NO ENTRY policy of the university and that I shall wear my
ID upon entry to the school and at all times while inside the school premises and
that I allow the office to conduct random check of IDs at anytime;

2) I shall strictly observe the proper attire and hereby refrain from wearing
of rubber slippers, sleeveless, shorts, tattered jeans, Capri and other prohibited
attire as mandated by the University;

3) I shall observe a maximum hair length of one (1) inch above the collar line and I
shall not sport any goatee, mustache, side beards;

4) I shall not wear earrings and caps while inside the school premises;

5) I shall observe the NO SMOKING policy of the University in all areas inside the school
premises;

6) I further undertake that I shall observe the following classroom policies:


a. Turning off or placing on silent mode of mobile phones while inside the review room;
b. Reporting to review classes on time;
c. Tape recording, mp3, video cameras and any other recording device is not
allowed;

7) I shall likewise observe policies of the LAW LIBRARY and READING AREA:
a. Use of law library and reading area is on a first come first serve basis;
b. Users of library and reading area are not allowed to reserve spaces or leave their
belongings unattended for more than 15 minutes. The library attendant or the
School of law has the right to clear said space in order to allow other students or
reviewees to use the same;
c. Internet access is available for use to all reviewees;
d. Books may be used inside the library premises only;
e. Reviewees must abide with all library policies and the librarian has the right to
prohibit a student or reviewee to use the library if found to have violated such
policies;
f. Library cards are available at the department, please bring any 2x2 picture.

8) ATTENDANCE:

a. Attendance in the Refresher program will be strictly monitored;


b. There will be an attendance report for every bar subject/topic;
a. Each reviewee must secure a copy of the attendance slip from the office during
every start of classes of the scheduled BAR subject;
b. Attendance slip must be countersigned by the law office personnel at the end of
every review class;
c. Reviewee should submit to the office his/her duly signed attendance slip every after
end of the last topic of the bar subject;

9) MOCK BAR EXAMINATIONS

a. Mock bar fee is not covered in the bar Enhancement-Refresher fee;


i. Examination fee for every subject is P 200.00;
ii. Mock Bar Examinations is scheduled every after of the last topic of the bar subject;
iii. Mock Bar fee shall be paid upon enrollment;
b. All reviewees are required to take the Mock Bar Examinations; and
c. Mock Bar results shall be 25% of the Final Grades of the reviewee for each
particular subject.

10)SPECIAL EXAM:

a. Quizzes:
i. Teachers are not obliged to give advanced, special or late examinations to
any student who fails to take any examination, quiz or seatwork, except upon
a written request approved by the Dean of the School of Law upon
recommendation of the professor who is given a wide latitude of discretion
to grant such request.

b. Mock Bar:
i. As a general rule, a reviewee must take the Mock Bar Exam on the schedule
set the School of Law. For valid reasons, a student who fails to take the Mock
Bar exam must notify the department a day after the Mock Bar exam and
present a written excuse for such failure. A reviewee who fails to take a Mock
Bar exam must take it within one (1) week from its original schedule.

11)FEES

a. Enhancement-Refresher fee is non-refundable however, if a reviewee decides to


withdraw his/her enrollment in the review classes, he/she shall be charged as
follows:

i. 10% of the Enhancement-Refresher fee – within the first week of classes


ii. 20% of the Enhancement-Refresher fee - within the second week of classes
iii. 100% of the Enhancement-Refresher fee – after the second week of classes.
iv. After the third week, the Enhancement-Refresher fee is non-transferable and may
not be off-set or chargeable to prior or future enrollment

b. For those who avail of payment of the Enhancement-Refresher fee by installment,


50% of the total Enhancement-Refresher fee must be paid upon enrollment and the
remaining balance must be paid in full on or before ______________________________.

i. Enhancement-Refresher fee is non-refundable however, if a reviewee


decides to withdraw his/her enrollment in the review classes, he/she shall be
charged as follows:

1. 10% of the Enhancement-Refresher fee – within the first week of classes


2. 20% of the Enhancement-Refresher fee - within the second week of classes
3. After the third week of classes, the total Enhancement-Refresher fee shall be
due and payable to the Review Center and must be settled on or before the
due date aforestated.

c. Reviewees with previous balances from prior enrollment must settle their accounts
before he/she may be allowed to enroll in the current review term.
12) I understand that my failure to comply with the policies of the University and the
Recoletos Law Center such as but not limited to the aforementioned would
constitute as valid grounds to disallow me entry in the school premises or other
sanctions as may be validly imposed;

13) I shall secure necessary permit in the event that I will temporarily fail to comply
with the policies for valid reason; and

14) I understand all the foregoing and voluntary execute the same.
