EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Medical Office Assistant/IT Support, Sevier Heart Center, Sevierville 3/20 – Present
 Assisted in routing phone calls to manager or nurse.
 Contacting patients regarding appointments.
 Managing and rectifying insurance issues or making payments on accounts.
 Provided IT support for office network and software issues.
 Created and scanned patient documents for office records, setting up database for interoffice
use.  

General Manager, Finn's Restaurant & Tavern, Knoxville 6/18 – 10/19


 Oversaw the hiring and firing of all FOH staff, as well as in charge of any training and
educating staff about new product. Was in charge of bringing on and interviewing all
opening staff.
 Independently was in charge of Scheduling for all FOH staff, including coordinating special
events, request time off's, etc.
 In charge of weekly Inventory of all products in house, as well as maintaining and ordering of
all in house alcohol on a weekly basis, working hand in hand with all distributors to maintain
inventory and new products.
 Consistently kept a keen eye on all costs, consistently beating our goal of 25% alcohol costs,
with the average being between 18-20%.
 Oversaw and ran the business consistently for over a year without any other management
staff.
 Maintained all employees ABC cards and constantly enforced all health inspection guidelines
to make sure that everything was running as it should be.
 Coordinated Pharmaceutical lunches and dinners, being the liaison between said companies
and making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible.

Restaurant Manager, Cru Bistro, Knoxville, TN 2/13-7/18


 Oversee and supervise all aspects of the restaurant and bar, including front and back of the
house.
 In charge of weekly schedules for all of the FOH
