Answer. Ownership: Powerful authority and the management includes taking charge and
inspiring others to accomplish specific goals on an individual, group and company level.
Having ownership and team management skills will imply that you can successfully oversee
responsibilities, plan, and organize variety of tasks, take care of issues, and resolve struggle,
settle on and execute choices and mentor others. Example- Many times while at work (Gas
Station) it happened that many aggressive customers came in complaining about car was and
asking to call manager, and in such situation when I was alone at the site I used to tell to such
customers that I’m the manager, talk to me and I resolved their problems many times and it’s
my belief that most of the problems could be sorted when you have knowledge and ability to
take ownership.
Co-Operation: Collective working is an absolute necessity for any association.
Businesses need to see their staff cooperate toward the accomplishment of shared
objectives. Successful collaboration includes sharing credit and accepting
responsibilities regarding your own work, being open to the thoughts and
recommendations of your associates, building rapport with staff over all zones of the
business and setting up effective communication channels. Example- When short of
staff and going to work earlier that your shift hours, co-operating and understanding
the situation is the way that I co-operate in.
Communication: Being able to communicate well is perhaps one of the most basic
employability skills. Verbal communication is about communicating clearly and
concisely with others, whether it is a customer or colleague. In the realm of work, you
will be needed to introduce data to a scope of crowds both inside and outside the
business. Not these individuals will have a comprehension of your work, so having
the option to speak with clarity, explaining your thoughts in a sensible, organized, and
powerful way is significant. Example- I keep developing my communication skills by
engaging myself into conversations with people everywhere and socializing with
them.
Work Ethics: Having strong work ethics is a part of one’s own values. It is based on
a personal understanding of taking pride in your work because you want to, rather
than the rewards that you may receive. Demonstrating a positive approach to work
and being honest – as well as taking the initiative and caring about your co-workers –
are all factors that convey a strong work ethic. In addition, learning new skills,
showing a commitment to your employer and being responsible for your own work
even when things do not go as you planned, all illustrate a good work ethic. Example-
Being in customer service is a hard part and sometimes when other persons shows no
respect or values, we still must respect them.
Time Management: Time management is the process of planning and exercising
conscious control of the time spent on specific activities to work smarter than harder.
It is a juggling act of various things that help you increase efficiency and strike a
better work-life balance. Improving your time management at work allows you to
enhance your performance and achieve your desired goals with less effort and more
effective strategies. Example- Being on time at work always.
