1. Delay in the delivery of vaccination due to location and road condition which can causes
disease and complication for babies.
2. Increasing rate of dengue due to poor drainage system in the community.
3. Irregular garbage collection which can cause diseases for the community members.
4. Unclean water system in the community because of deep wells which can be a vehicle
borne transmission of the microorganisms.
5. Poor nutrition of the children due to schools food vendors, which may lead to different
diseases such as UTI, Renal Failure and more.
