1. ALL PLUMBING WORKS INCLUDED HERE IN SHALL BE EXECUTED ACCORDING TO THE PROVISION OF THE PHILIPPINE PLUMBING CODE AND THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL
BUILDING CODE AND THE RULES AND REGULATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
2. COORDINATE DRAWING WITH THE OTHER REGULATED DRAWING AND STEPS THE ENGINEER SHALL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATE OF ANY DISCREPANCY FOUND HEREIN.
3. ANY REGULATION REQUIRED FOR THE PROPER EXECUTION OF OTHERS TRADES SHALL BE WITH THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF AN ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS.
4. PROPOSED SANITARY UTILITIES SHALL CONFORM TO THE ACTUAL DEPTH AND INVERT ELEVATIONS OF ALL EXISTING PIPES AND STRUCTURES AS VERIFIED BY THE
CONTRACTOR.
5. ALL SLOPES FOR THE HORIZONTAL BRANCHES SHALL MAINTAIN A MINIMUM OF 1% UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL UTILITIES AT THE SITE AND COORDINATE WITH THE SITE DEVELOPER FOR WATER LINE SERVICE CONNECTION POINT SEWAGE
