 In my opinion, I would choose "Plaza Norte"

 For one thing, it is a good place to hang out with your
boyfriend or girlfrind and have fun since the moll has
everything.

 Also, as it is a large moll you can go to different shops, it is
an ideal place for a couple. There are also restaurants of all
kinds and the most fun virtual games and especially
cinemas.
When can you go there?
 Actually, you can go anytime but it is better to go at night
because the lights come on and create a romantic
atmosphere.
