LP2 CLASS

COMPUTER PREPARATION FOR E-LEARNING CLASSES

1) Access the link:

https://lufer.my.webex.com/join/LP2

2) As soon as they try to access it, they are asked to install the webex.exe application.
Proceed to its installation!
3) Login with your name and student's email address
4) Logging in the class

Notes to be taken for the operation of the session:

a) Check if your equipment has a microphone, in case you want to talk. Video is not
necessary, but you can use it too!

b) As soon as you enter the session, each user can talk or leave a message via chat:

- To speak you must "request" first. This is done by clicking on the icon representing in
Figure 1

c) At the bottom of the session screen there is a toolbar. A set of services are available,
namely: Turn on|off camera and microphone; Share screen; Chat; End session (Figure
2)

d) Everyone should start the session with the microphone turned off (see Figure 2)

e) Whenever someone wants to ask a question, they should ask (click on the icon in Figure
1) first and I will "give the word"!

f) If several students are working with computers near each other, everyone should have
the microphone turned off.
