AGREEMENT

That I, CHARLENE LOVELY UTOM of legal age, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at #37 Kalinisan St. Batasan Hills, Quezon City after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and says, to wit:

1. That I purchased by installment basis of Mobile Phone Unit Vivo Y30 4/128
last, November 6, 2020, from SOFIA ANN R. ALBAO with the purchased
price of Php 12,500.00 total price amount and I had a down payment of
2, 500.00 and Total balance of Php 10,000.00

2. That we both agreed the mode of payment for the remaining balance was
scheduled every 5th and 20th of the month.

3. That the balance shall be payable within three months (3mos) only;

4. That I am executing this agreement to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
facts mentioned above and for the information of all proper authorities
concerning such facts and for whatever legal purposes this instrument may
serve me best.
