Project Description
Nowadays, students are facing problem through finding a house to rent because of lack
information. Some of the student don’t even know if there is any available house for rental.
Some of the student also have been scammed by unauthorized agent by giving fake information.
This is unacceptable and unfortunate event that affect the student itself. Thus, we want to
develop a system that can help student easily to find a rental house and trusted by providing full
details of house information. This system must be secured by authentication process of house
owner by providing identity card NRIC of house owner which can be trusted by user. Our system
also easy to use to find a house with user choice by using a filter. This project must need to be
develop to prevent any more unfortunate event that faced by student when it comes to finding
a rental house.

Project Objective
Develop a system that can be use by UPSI students to easily find a rentals house with zero
percent of scammer in Tanjung Malim.

Strategic Alignment
This system should help students to find house if they eliminated from college/hostel or do not
want to stay in college. This project is a way to take care the welfare of the students. This can
create a good mutual relationship between the university and the students itself.

Risks
If we don’t develop this system the student might not aware of any kind of information that has
related with house rental. It will make them hard to find a suitable house for them. To prevent
this. we will collect all the authorized information and display it in our system. The other risk is
the students might face with a scammer and left them homeless. To prevent this, our system
will need an identity card NRIC for confirmation trusted rental house with authentical detail of
householder.
