Guide to resolving Seller

Centre issues
Statuses indicating issue in SC

Product is not visible on ZALORA website


● Product has 0 stock
● “New1” product that (1) is not approved yet , (2) is rejected by Quality Control (QC)

Product is not successfully (1) updated - “new” products ; (2) created - “existing 2”
products on ZALORA website due to:
● SKU Supplier Config and/or Seller SKU is taken by another seller
● Mandatory fields are not equal across all Seller Center(s)
● Mandatory fields are not filled in

Product is visible on ZALORA, product information is NOT updated to latest version


● “Existing” product that is in queue, pending QC approval / rejections
● “Existing” product that has been rejected by QC3

1 “New” product is any recently uploaded product that has never been live on ZALORA website
2 “Existing” product is any product that has been live on ZALORA website & has a ZALORA SKU
3 “Rejected” SKUs can be observed from Seller Centre > Manage Products > Rejected
Root Cause of observed SC
issues

A. Missing Mandatory fields


○ Main root cause for product creation / product update
○ Apart from standard mandatory fields, “new mandatory data1” is required
○ Standard mandatory fields: Name, Brand, Colour, Description, Measurements
○ New mandatory fields
i. SKU Supplier Config
ii. Sub Cat Type
iii. Size System
iv. Seller SKU
v. Gender

B. Product information not aligned across all ventures


○ Affecting “International Dropship Sellers2”
○ ALL new mandatory fields (as above) need to be the same - aligned - in each
market where the seller is present and selling a particular product

1 “new mandatory data” has been introduced in 2018 together with ZALORAs switch to a new ERP system
2 “International Dropship Seller” is any seller engaged in cross-border sales, selling in more than 1 ZALORA venture
