Dear Mr. Periathambi Senthil Kumar,

Reference to our discussions and your agreement to estimate tender prices for KOC SKETR (RFP#
2061027) / NKETR (RFP# 2058439) projects, AJG honored to offer a Provisional Employment Offer
subjected to the award of the projects to our JV/Consortium. The salient terms of the offer as below:

10. Company Vehicle (SUV) Shall be provided
: Management of Client and Project Manager of each / both zones
per AJG Environmental Division requirements and total
coordination of the project related requirements with Client,
Subcontractors, Suppliers and employees working under this
project.
: 10 Hours a day, Six days a week and Weekly off on Friday and on
on all project related issues as and when client and or Al Jameh
management requires.
: Site Office / Corporate Office.
: Provided under the awarded projects.
: From the date of signing the Contract agreement with Client / JV
Consortium.
: Approximately Fifty Two (52) Months plus any extensions.
: 60 Calendar Days, allowed to leave in small durations subjected to
project requirement and management approval.
: KD 5,000/- (Kuwait Dinars Five Thousand Only) per month including
Salary, Food. Accommodation, Indemnity, annual leave salary,
travel in and out Kuwait, Medical, extra time above clause 3 above
and any other lawful obligation under Kuwait Labor Law shall be
covered under this consolidated salary.

11. Performance based annual bonus system:

11.1 Annual Basic Bonus (ABB) : Two (2) Month Salary.

11.2 If AJG not arranged resources as per client approved schedule and hence unable to achieve
set annual target of remediation, you are entitled to get Two (2) months of Annual Loyalty
Bonus (ALB) in addition to Annual Basic Bonus.
11.3 If you are able to achieve set annual target of remediation one month advance, two
months salary of “Target Completion Bonus” (TCB) paid in addition to ABB & ALB. If it is
advanced two months, four months of TCB paid in addition to ABB & ALB (Further TCB shall be
paid in pro rata with respect to achieving the set target in advance),
11.4 If the project incur delay penalties not of your own cause, only ABB and ALB paid,
11.5 If the project incur delay penalties of your own cause, no bonuses paid.
