1. SO strategies focus on how to use strengths of a
business to take advantage of opportunities.
2. WO strategies aim to eliminate weaknesses to open
new opportunities.
3. ST strategies attempt to utilize the strengths of a
company to avoid threats.
4. WT strategies are basically defensive and mainly act to
minimize weaknesses and avoid threats.
