EXERCISES OF SUGGESTIONS OR OFFERING

Situation : There are several students who still get the remedial test in their school.

Ucrit : “ What are you thinking about now, Usrok ? May I know what in your mind is ?”
Usrok : “ Iam thinking nothing .”
Ucrit : “ But, why do you look so terrible, Usrok ? Iam sure that you have a problem.”
Usrok : Yes, My problem is that I got a bad mark in my Physics test”.
Ucrit : “ How could you get such a bad mark like that ?”
Usrok : ” I could get such a bad mark because I often played the games until midnight and I
also didn’t concentrate on my teacher’s explanation during his lesson. Beside
that, before the teacher gave me a test, I didn’t study hard too.”
Ucrit :” Do you know what you should do in order not to get a remedial test ?”
Usrok : “I know what you mean. I should not play the games so much , etc .. which became a
negative effect in my studying , and of course I should study hard in my lesson”.
“ What do you think of another suggestion to me about my problem ?”
Eightbal ( a boy ): “ What about taking a Physics course outside your formal lesson ?”
Usrok : “ I have no money for taking that course. It is a pity for my parents if they have to
pay that course, because my father has only a limited income.”
Eightbal ( a boy ):” What is your opinion, Ucrit ? What do you think about Usrok’s reason ?”
Ucrit : “ Yes, I can understand him. As the best friend, let me suggest him that we can
study together in my house or up to you if you have spare time.”
Usrok : “ Thank you for your suggestions to me and how kind of you to me too.”
Ucrit : “ You’re welcome.”
