I plan to incorporate this book into my lesson plan by reading this to

the students and have them write stories about a time they felt they

did not fit in, how that made them feel, and how they overcame that

feeling. This will help build the students’ literacy skills by being

about to write their thoughts and feelings in complete sentences.
