1. Using google search engine, search for ¨IEEE latex template¨.

2. From the list select IEEE Article Templates web page.
3. Download one of your preferred journal Latex template and unzip the
downloaded file.
4. Open the .tex file and change the title, authors, adscription, and abstract. Write
your abstract accordingly to R. Day´s recommendations about how to write an
abstract.

cite the references in the introduction section of your new paper.
