Dear Atty. Villa-Mandin,

Environmental Greetings!

This is in connection with your Letter Request dated October 13, 2020 pertaining to the land
classification of a parcel of land located at Purok 6, Acasia, Catadman, Manabay, Ozamiz City in
behalf of Mr. Lomongo and company.

In view of the above, please be informed that prior to the issuance of the certification for land
classification attached herewith, this Office cannot classify lands immediately without looking to the
technical description of lot no. 8535, Csd-10-000740-D in particular. This Office referred it first to
the Surveys & Mapping Division, DENR Region X, Cagayan de Oro City and requested for its
technical description. The result of the request was personally handed to this Office only on
November 3, 2020 of which it was plotted immediately by our Cartographer before it came up with
its classification. Hereto attached also our request for technical description (see no. 6) addressed to
Surveys & Mapping Division, DENR Region X, Cagayan de Oro City as well as the technical
description itself for your reference.

Rest assured that this Office acted it religiously and with haste, however, considering the current
situation and location of the repository it needs time for the documents to be process.
