DEED OF DONATION OF A PORTION

OF PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

That we, spouses LEONIL L. ASTILLERO and ENRIQUITA G. ASTILLERO, both of

legal age, both Filipino and both resident of Barangay IV, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental
herein after called the DONORS and in favor of the spouses MARY GRACE R. RAVAGO and
JUDE L. RAVAGO, both of legal age, both Filipino, with postal address at Maloro, Tangub
City, Misamis Occidental, herein called the DONEES:

WITNESSETH

That, the DONORS are the owner of a parcel of land known as Lot No. 184-D, Csd-
10-001389-D, situated in the Barrio of Centro, City of Tangub, Province of Misamis
Occidental, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the SE., along line1-2 by Lot 184-C, Csd-10-001389-D, on the SW., along
line 2-3 by Lot 184-B, Csd-10-001389-D, on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 185, Cad 271,
and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 184-E., Csd-10-001389-D, containing FIVE HUNDRED
SIXTY FOUR (564) square meters (sq. m.) with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-2112
covered by Tax Declaration No. 005202, registered in the name of LEONIL L. ASTILLERO
married to ENRIQUITA G. ASTILLERO.

That for and consideration that the DONEES will build, construct or establish a
residential dwelling, abode or house to be situated to the donated portion of parcel of land,
the DONORS, do by this presents do hereby act of goodwill, kindness, liberality, generosity,
voluntarily and freely gives, cede, transfer and convey by way of DONATION unto both the
said DONEES a portion of the parcel of land situated at Barangay IV, Tangub City, Misamis
Occidental an area of 42 square meters (sq. m.) or whatever purpose[s] the DONEE’s deem
best over the same.

That the herein DONEES does hereby receives and accepts the DONATION of a
portion of a parcel of land known as Lot No. 184-D, Csd-10-001389-D and does by this
presents do hereby expresses the sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and
liberality shown by the DONORS in recognizing the above described parcel of land.

This land is registered in accordance with the provisions under Act 496.
