    ISDAAN FLOATING CODEX LOGIC SEQUENCE

    RESTAURANT
    National Highway | Near Calamba,
    Calauan, Luzon 4012, Philippines.  Sanitation Supervisor
     Technical Manager

    Problem/Complaints :
     Poor bathroom sanitation
     Poor facilities sanitation
     Too many lizards (to mention
    some of the lizards have been
    poop in our plates)
     All the crew is so hard to call to
    make attention
     Order will take around 40-1hr.
    They promise a 20mins food
    service, water takes 30 mins to
    order, 30mins for a bill out and
    another 20mins for a change.
     The food was not that good
    and their service water has so
    many floating materials inside
    of it. We requested a
    replacement but still the same
    tap water with floating material
    inside of it.
