    Cost of Hire

    This includes our time spent maintaining the structure and growing the plants as well as time
    spent giving cooking demonstrations and talking to the public.

    Estimate that when hired out you only need a minimum of one person but to give a full
    educational service and together demonstrate cooking

    Per hr ON SITE £15 per person should cover staff costs including time spent prepping etcin
    advance

    Produce is some donation and some bought- roughly £1.50max a head for a tapas measure.

    Cost of maintenance...£5 a session?

    Storage costs?? Maybe ok for now but include in funding applications??

    BASED ON VERY ROUGH ESTIMETES 1hr’s hire with two staff for 20 heads an hr
    £60.....half staffing costs, half maintenance and produce etc
