1- What is your city famous for?

Puerto Plata is famous for its beautiful beaches, and its variety in tourism, from mountain
tourism, to its historical enrichment, colonization began here and where Christopher Columbus
arrived, we have various tourist attractions, the cable car, museums such as the museum of
ambar , the Gregorio Luperon museum and countless Victorian houses, and at sunset you can
see the Silver Sea.

2- What are some of the most famous cities in the world? What makes
them famous?

The 5 most famous cities in the world are these one


Rome which is known for its past of the Roman Empire that has left many famous places such as the
Colosseum or the Forum, known for its beautiful historic center and being next to the Vatican.
Tokyo is a Japanese city in the center of the nation, it is the most populated city in the world, being
known for its modernity, technology and high levels of education and cleanliness, it has attractions
such as the Tokyo Tower, Asakusa Temple among others, being the city most popular all over asia.
London, is an English city in the south of the country, with 8 million inhabitants, known for places
like Buckingham Palace, London Bridge among others, it is known historically for being the origin of
many advances of humanity.
Paris, is a French city located in the center of the nation, it has around 12 million of people known for
being the most visited city in the world for its great attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de
Triomphe and the Museum of Lubre.
New York, an American city located in the east of the country considered the capital of the world, has
places known as the Statue of Liberty, an empire state building often portrayed in movie scenes.
We can name this 5 and many more cities as the most famous in the world.

3- Which city would you like to visit?

I would like to visit Paris because it has many places like the Eiffel Tower, many places where you
can appreciate art such as dance, art paintings, and enjoy seeing its beautiful places

4- Describe your city.

My city is very beautiful, it has beautiful beaches and natural landscapes, a cable car that passes
through Isabel de Torres mountain, a boulevard where you can relax and walk and enjoy, a central
park where you can go with your family and eat ice cream, restaurants with classic and traditional
food, Victorian houses and historical museums, an old fortress that marks our culture and a lot of
places of fun and entertainment.
5- What makes good and bad things about the neighborhood.

What makes a good neighborhood is one that has good and beautiful buildings and houses, green
areas with places to enjoy such as parks and basketball courts, stores around it and good roads.
What makes a bad neighborhood is mainly the garbage and pollution that we generate, crime is
another factor that affects to be a bad neighborhood, the high traffic on the streets that provoke traffic
jam and cataloged to be a bad neighborhood, and the songs with bad words

6- What can you see downtown?

In the downtown you can see many buildings, restaurants, parks, entertainment venues such as
nightclubs, clothing stores, telephone exchanges among others

7- Which city in your country has skyscraper?

In my country, there are big buildings but there are not skyscrapers

8- What is the name of your neighborhood?

The name of my neighborhood is Los coquitos

9- Make predictions: How will be your city in 2030?

In 2030 my city will be more developed, tourism will be in advance since new strategies are being
implemented and a new pier is being created, new hotels around the city so that many people can
come, new places so that everyone can be entertained, I think that the development of our city will be
focused on what is tourism

10- What kind of neighborhood will you live in when you get older?

When I get old , I will live in a quiet neighborhood where there is not much noise, where there is a
nice green area and that is near a park, I would like to live in a quiet place and away from the suburbs

11- What will happen if we keep polluting the environment?

If we continue to pollute our environment, we will reach the point that we cannot recover the planet,
the felling of trees causes the rivers to dry up, the accumulation of garbage causes the ozone layer to
to deteriorate and global warming can arrive, the pollution causes changes In the climate, it causes many
many species to be affected to the point of extinction, pollution causes our health to be affected and we
we are the causes of this happening, if we continue as such, we will end up dying sooner or later

12- Will the climate keep changing or go back to normal?

We are still in time for the worst not to happen, if we continue as such the climate will begin to change
and a crisis will arise in which the climate will be uncertain, if the ozone layer deteriorates, the
ultraviolet rays will massively penetrate and the poles will thaw. that would cause the climate to remain
in constant change, if we take preventive measures to minimize the impact we have on the planet we
can prevent the ozone layer from deteriorating and the climate to return to normal
