SANDEEP BAJAJ

Sandeep Bajaj is the Founder & Managing Partner of PSL, Advocates & Solicitors and is a
Corporate & Strategist Lawyer. He has over 12 years of experience in advising clients on a vast
range of complex commercial transactions. Having graduated in Bachelor of Management and
Information Technology, from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2003. Sandeep did his LL. B in
2007 from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

His practice areas include project finance and development of power, industrial and infrastructure
projects, corporate investments, structuring and restructuring, M & A, capital markets, insolvency
and bankruptcy, arbitration, commercial transactions, insurance and venture capital finance,
matrimonial disputes and civil litigation. He regularly advises major corporate houses, institutions,
liquidators, resolution professionals on issues relating to insolvency and bankruptcy, arbitration
and commercial transactions. Being on the panel of major corporate houses as well as the
government agencies has allowed Sandeep to handle intricate and delicate issues which touch
upon government policies, constitutional rights amongst others. He is a member of a number of
professional organizations including Delhi High Court Bar Association; Supreme Court Bar
Association.

Under his able guidance, PSL, Advocates & Solicitors, has been able to a pan India presence
and has recently started an office in China. During this time, PSL, Advocates & Solicitors has
