How to make perfect Sunny-side up fried step by step

First step: Prepare all the ingredients and


the kitchen tools you need.
 2 eggs
 Salt and pepper ( for the taste)
 Oil
 Frying Pan
 Frying Spatula
Make sure that your hands were clean
before cooking.

Second step: Heat the pan into Medium-Low


heat.

(You need to turn your heat into Medium-


Low heat so that when our egg is placed, the
bottom of the egg will not burn immediately.)

Third Step: Add some enough oil into the


Frying pan.

(Until the oil heats up, but avoid overheating


because this will cause smoke.)
Fourth step: Crack the egg and slip it into the
frying pan

(Carefully slip your egg in the pan so that the


egg yolk will not crack.)

Fifth step: Cover the egg with a tight lid


and wait a minute.

(We need to cover the egg with a tight lid


for us to to properly cook the surface of the
egg)

Sixth step: Add some pinch of salt and


pepper (depending on your own taste)

(Adding condiments makes the sunny-side


up tasty)

Seventh step: Cover again the egg with a


tight lid in a moment.

(This makes your sunny-side up cooked.)


Eighth step: take the cooked sunny-side up
with a frying spatula, and transfer it into the
plate.

This is what the sunny-side up looks like


when it’s done.

For the second sunny-side up egg: just repeat the steps

HEAT UP THE OIL CRACK THE EGG COVER THE EGG

ADD SALT AND PEPPER COVER AGAIN TRANSFER

IN THIS CASE, I JUST RE-USE THE OIL THAT I USED EARLIER.
