2.3.1 Always look out for people and equipment approaching the work
area.
2.3.2 When reversing engage the reverse alarm and use a
Banks man.
2.4.1 Approach blind spots at slower speed and follow directions
of a banks man.
3.1.1 Ensure effective communication and only one banks man to give
signal to operator.
3.2.1 Use equipment in good condition; never exceed equipment lifting
capacity.
3.3.1 Isolate the work area by using temporary barriers or fencing.
3.3.2 Always look out for people and equipment approaching the work
area.
3.3.3. When reversing engage the reverse alarm and use a banks man.
