La Libertad. It is the third most populous city. the weather is mild and ii is often sunny .

Trujillo is famous for being the "City of Eternal Spring", it is considered the "Capital of the
Marinera", a traditional dance in Peru, "Cradle of the Peruvian Paso Horse", as well as the
"Capital of the Culture of Peru".

Current festivals include the "National Marinera Festival", the Trujillo Spring Festival and the
International Book Festival, which is one of the most important cultural events in the country.
