QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: (Q and A)

1. Q.: Do you remember where were you on the day of October 13, 2019 at exactly 4:00
PM?

A.: Yes, Sir. I was at St. Joseph the Husband Church of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija.

2. Q.: Why were you there?

A.: I attended the mass, Sir.
3. Q.: Do you recall any event that transpired on that said date and time?
A.: Yes, Sir.
4. Q.: What was it?

A.: Father Chris Berbon was the one who graced the Mass on the said Church and loudly
denounced the many extrajudicial killings committed by the men in uniform on his
homily, Sir.

5. Q.: What happened next, if there was any?

A.: Police Officer Daryl Navarette immediately approached Father Chris Berbon,
displaying his firearm tucked in his waist and uttered the words: “Father, may kalalagyan
kayo kung hindi kayo tumigil.”

6. Q.: Where were you at exactly inside the Church?

A.: I was seated next to Police Officer Daryl Navarette before he approached Father Chris
Berbon, Sir.

7. Q.: What happened next after Police Officer Navarette said that to Father Chris Berbon?

A.: The celebration of the mass that just started barely 10 minutes was disrupted and the
congregation left the church, Sir.

8. Q.: How did you know that the Police Officer who approached Father Berbon is no other
than Police Officer Daryl Navarette?
A.: I know because Police Officer Navarette is my friend, Sir.
