Conceptual Paradigm

The first frame presents the independent variables which contain the demographic

profile of respondents which includes age, gender and location. On the other hand, the
representation of cultural beliefs includes the religion, family tradition, norms, behavior

and attitude and cultural sensitivity and competency. Likewise, the representation of

understanding in medical treatment includes preference of treatment, history of clinical or

medical consultation and perception in medical treatment.

The second frame presents the dependent variables which is the title of the study,

the understanding the impact of cultural influences on medical treatment in selected areas

in Bataan.

The arrow posits that there is a relationship between the independent variables and

dependent variables. Addition to that, the independent variables affects the dependent

variables.
