I hate it when the people talk loudly on their phones in public.

When you talk loudly on the

phone ,you disturb those around you. Three month ago, for example ,I was on the library ,and
the man near me was talking to his friend on the phone . I could hear everything ,and his call
continued for almost 25 minutes. I don’t understand this kind of person. we’re in a library
OMG. It’s ok to talk on the cell phone but you’re supposed to do it quietly .the library is a
public space ,and other people don’t want to know your life. Something aren’t allowed on the
library, like eating and smoking .sometimes ,I think we should ban talking on the phone ,too.
