This Excel document is pretty intuitive, but here are a few quick words on how to

use it!

I've designed the Time Log sheet to be ultra-printable: a full week's time log will
print off into three large sheets that will give you more than enough space to input
what you spend time on throughout the week. I'd also encourage you to add your
Energy levels to this sheet, so everything is in one place. Tracking this data is
tedious enough! Make sure you follow the instructions on page 50 of The
Productivity Project to get the most out of using this sheet.

The Energy Log sheet is also designed to be ultra-printable (if you don't care to
enter your values digitally). Once you plug your Energy values into the sheet, the
Your BPT sheet will automatically populate to show you your Biological Prime
Time. It doesn’t matter if you input one, two, or three weeks of data in this sheet—
the chart will adjust to show you your BPT, regardless of how much data you
input. Remember to input the values out of 10 (10= having a crazy amount of
energy), and follow the instructions on page 50 of The Productivity Project to get
the most out of this sheet. And, of course, start entering your data on the far left
side of the sheet, because the formula will count those values first.
