Publications Divisions. She was responsible for new initiatives in International
Collaboration. In addition, she has been the Coordinator for the EU-India
Collaborative Research Platform (EqUIP), which brings together 12 funding
councils of Europe and four from India.

1. McNamara Fellow of The World Bank for 1999-2000. Undertook primary research in villages of
four States in India to assess the Impact of Globalization on Poverty Reduction.
2. Asia fellow 2002-03 – Cohort 4 of the Asian Scholarship Foundation (ASF), Bangkok, Thailand.
Primary research carried out in urban and rural areas of Thailand, India and Nepal for the study
on Impact of Information and Communication Technology on the Poor: A comparative study of
