I prefer in groups because working in a group can distribute work and reduce workload.
It is also possible to learn from each other.
The disadvantage of these format is lack of concentration because they are often talking about
unecessary topics
Training online : this format of training is good enough because you can learn without leaving home.
The cons is that this training is not very productive and demage the health, for example the eyes
Invidual training with coach is verry good training because all focus is on you only that’s why you can to
achieve the best results in the shortest time. The cons is that these training is very expensive

The training options for young people in LT is quite good because you can after finishing school,
continue to college and go abroad with the Erasmus program
