Grades 4 To 10 Exam Schedule and Guidelines 2020
Greetings!
Thank you for your support and understanding as we respond to the challenges brought
to us by COVID-19. The Vincentian-Isabelan family is very proud of our students who have done
wonderfully in their online classes. Together with you dear parents, we must be proactive
during these trying times to continue educating these young students.
With this, I am writing to inform you of the First Quarterly Examinations schedule for
your child on October 21 to 23, 2020. I hope you appreciate the way we devise the online
examinations.
Attached in this letter is a copy of your child’s examination schedule and reminder for parents
and guardians. Please be guided accordingly.
Respectfully yours,
1. You must find a place in your home that is free from any disturbance while taking the online
examination. Have your meals and washroom breaks before taking the test.
2. You must be in the exam place 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Please refrain from having
textbooks, notebooks, calculators and other devices in your examination place during the exam hours.
3. Exam day will start with the usual daily check-in activities. This is to be taken care of by the adviser.
4. You are not allowed to make/answer any calls and/or reply to any messages during exam hours. It can
be treated as an attempt to cheat.
5. You must fully charge your gadgets. Remind your family members about your exam schedule so as to
dedicate the use of your internet connection for the exam.
6. Our exam is timed. You must thoroughly read the instructions and the questions before attempting to
answer. Be aware of the time while taking the test.
7. You should immediately report any technical error that occurs during the exam. Failure to report such
technical problems may be treated as cheating or an attempt to cheat. Report your concern to this
mobile number: 0956 8445 899
8. The exam will only be taken once. No exam resets will be given.
9. Part of our responsibilities is upholding the Academic Integrity as stated in the SICM Primer. You are
expected to make the right choices, decisions and actions reflective of integrity and responsible
behavior all throughout your academic life. Honesty is the basic tenet of academic integrity
demonstrated in an academic setting. (Refer to SICM Primer pp. 10-11)
