REFUND FOR
COVID-19 TEST
The Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM), Persatuan Insurans Am
Malaysia (PIAM) and Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA) have collectively set up

a RM8 million fund to conduct more COVID-19 tests in Malaysia.

All insurance policyholders and takaful certificate holders with group/individual

medical and health insurance policies and takaful certificates may now apply for
reimbursement of up to RM300 for COVID-19 tests. For full details, visit the CTF

DEFERMENT
Customers affected by the pandemic can apply for a 3-month payment deferment.
Learn more about it here.

Kindly note that this is not a waiver of premium/contribution. The outstanding

premium/contribution will need to be paid back after the deferment has ended.

MORTGAGE LOAN
DEFERMENT
Our mortgage loan customers are also eligible for an automatic 6 months

deferment on their loan repayments, effective 1 April 2020. Click here for more

MEDICAL ADVICE
ON COVID-19
From now till 30 June 2020, AIA customers can get exclusive complimentary
doctor consultation and rehabilitation advice on COVID-19 via our Personal

Medical Case Management (PMCM) service, if they are diagnosed with COVID-

We want to make sure that you are well protected at all times. This is why we are
providing free additional hospitalisation and death benefits due to COVID-19,

to all existing Individual Life, Family Takaful and Flex PA customers, as well as
