You are being notified as Record Owner of real property described on the latest equalized Sonoma County tax roll located at the above noted
address and Sonoma County Assessor's Parcel Number (hereinafter the "Property"), that the Code Enforcement Division of the Sonoma
County Permit and Resource Management Department has determined that conditions exist on the Property to the extent that the life, limb,
health, property, safety or welfare of the public or the occupants thereof are endangered. These conditions render the (check all that apply)
□ building / □ premises to be substandard pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Sonoma County Code (hereinafter "SCC") and Sections 17920.3 and
17926 of the Health and Safety Code. (Check if applicable) □ As a result, the building and/or premises has been posted unsafe and

If you choose to rehabilitate, repair, secure or demolish the building/premises, you will be required to obtain all Department clearances
necessary for building permit issuance (as needed) within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice. If you cannot obtain all Department
clearances, permits cannot be issued to repair or rehabilitate the building.

Pursuant to Sonoma County Code Sections 1-7 and 1-7.1, violations of Chapter 7 of the Sonoma County Code are subject to mandatory civil
penalties and the assessment of the costs of abatement. Failure to comply within this thirty (30) day time period will result in the assessment of
penalties and costs. If you remove the violation within thirty (30) days of the date of this Notice of and Order, you may avoid these penalties and
costs.

This constitutes final notice unless any person having record title, or legal interest in the premises, files an appeal from this
determination in writing within ten (10) days, as described in SCC Section 1-7.3. The appeal process includes the right to an appeal
hearing with a hearing officer. If a hearing officer finds that a violation exists, you may be responsible for paying the County's administrative
costs, including but not limited to administrative overhead, salaries, and expenses incurred.for the hearing. If you do not timely appeal this
notice and order, you will lose your rights to an administrative hearing and adjudication of this matter. You may also contact the
Inspector that issued this Notice and request an extension of time to bring the Property into compliance, instead of an appeal
hearing.

On the below date, pursuant to Chapter 1 of the Sonoma County Code, this declarant posted the same Notice and Order on the property noted
above. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
