Its very important this topic because talk about our healthy and the better form to keep body
and mind in a good conditions

Today exists many junk food and countrys how united states have many problems whit yours
citizens because more than 30 % have obesity and related diseases .

The problem is that the industry of junk food y very big and the food is low cost and the people
prefer eat these tipe of food that buy food more healthy in at a higher cost

But the people have to change the habits for your healthy and today I give sometimes
recommendations

1. You should drink more water


2. You should eat more fruits
3. You should walk one hour per day
4. You should eat more vegetable in a lunch
5. You should eat eggs in a breakfast
6. You should eat proteins at least 1 time a day
7. You should eat a less carbohydrates

And then you have to follow the next steps

1. You have to sleep 8 hours per day


2. You have to eliminate the junk food progressively
3. You have to olive oil to cook
4. You have to drink skim milk
5. You have to use splenda and elimate the sugar
6. You have to eat low in salt
7. You have to elimate coca cola progressively

And for finish

You must visit a doctor at least 2 times a year

You must to mantein the weight

You must nt eat late at night

You must take a shower at least 1 time a day

You must nt eat 2 proteins in a same time

You must eat fish at least 1 time a week

You must nt to smokes cigarretes
