DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, Spouses JUANITO V. BUTAY and LOURDES U. BUTAY of legal ages,

Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. 21, San Agustin, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDORS, do hereby declare as follows;

We are the absolute and declared owners and actual possessor of Lot No.
21768, Cad-307 San Nicolas Cadastre, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE (2,965) SQUARE METERS situated in Brgy. 21, San
Agustin, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, which is more particularly bounded and described
as follows:

“A parcel of land situated in Brgy, San Agustin, Municipality of

San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte Philippines. Bounded on the North by Lot
21541; on the South by Lot No. 21866; on the East by Lot 21769-
21770 and on the West by Lot 21538 Containing a total land area
of TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE (2,965)
SQUARE METERS.”

That for and in consideration of the sum of PESOS: ONE HUNDRED

THOUSAND (P100,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid to us for our full
satisfaction by MARLENE D. CARULLO, also of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen
and a resident of Brgy. 15, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines hereinafter referred
to as the VENDEE, a portion of the above-described parcel of land consisting of
ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (1,500) square meters, only,

We do hereby cede, transfer and convey by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto

the said VENDEES, their heirs, successors, administrators and assigns the 1,500
square meters portion above parcel of land free from all liens and encumbrances;

We hereby warrant valid title and peaceful possession over the 1,500 square
meter portion of the parcel of land above-described with full right to dispose of the
same, free from all liens and encumbrances and that henceforth, full right of
ownership and possession shall pertain to the VENDEE.
