I. TITLE: PAGTANGGAP SA MAKULAY NA TAG- ARAW

II. RATIONALE
 Our proposed project is pride parade that is all about visibility and creating a
sense of belongingness for people who may not have it. It’s about inspiring
and motivating people who think their life will never get better.

III. GOALS
The goal of this project proposal is:

 To encourage LGBTQ people to “come out” from their “closet” and motivate
them that it is okay and is accepted in the society.
 To help them not to have or to create a new world for them but to help them to
blend-in in this world.
 To motivate them that LGBTQ people has a place in this world.
 To fight and demonstrate legal rights of the LGBTQ people such as Same Sex
Marriage.
 To decriminalize homosexuality.
 To march, parade, rally and party.
 To promote gender equality.
 To raise HIV Awareness.
  To remove prejudice and discrimination among the LGBTQ community.
 To promote LGBTQ’s dignity, equal rights, self affirmation.

IV. OBJECTIVES
This proposed project aims to:

 Celebrate the LGBTQ’s culture and pride.

 Inform non LGBTQ people what LGBTQ is all about.
 Inform non LGBTQ people that LGBTQ people deserve and should be
respected and treated equally like them.
 Inform LGBTQ Community that they fight for their rights, for their beliefs,
for their selves.
 Give a way of increasing society’s awareness of the issues they face.

 Hydro Manila (for closing event)

TIME ACTIVITY VENUE
3:00pm-4:00pm Assembly Outside of Malabon City

4:00pm-5:00pm Participants will march from C4 Road near MC Mall
City Hall to C4 Road
5:00pm-7:00pm Rally C4 Road
7:00pm-9:00pm The local bands will perform C4 Road
9:00pm onwards Hydro C4 Road
