1. Define business tools.

Business tools is vital in one business to improve the performance and providing
the needs in the company to achieved their specific objectives or goals. Also,
there are designated types of tools in each manner that may vary in size,
complexity, danger and importance of the business function. In addition, the
management itself must ensure that the business tools are in good condition
when needed same as the employees must have proper training and preparation
before executing the tools.
The management is responsible. In monitoring and provide accurate
maintenance to sustain the tools in lengthier lifespan. Aside from that, most
business establish the classification and precise arrangement each tools so that
its organized and easy to identified when necessary.
2. What is the difference between e-commerce and e-business?
An e-commerce business refers to a company that offers an online monetary transaction
process, while e-business refers to any business that includes online technology of some
sort in its business model.
E-commerce is one potential piece of an e-business. An e-business is any business that
incorporates online technologies into the business model. That could be something as
simple as a physical store using social media marketing to bring in more customers. Even
though there’s no transaction occurring within that setup, the use of online tech for
business purposes makes it an e-business.
The main benefactor of e-commerce is the customer who is provided with the means of
making purchases online. On the other hand, the main benefactor of an e-business can be
the customer as well as business partners, suppliers, and so on.
E-commerce is conducted exclusively on the internet. E-business can be conducted on the
internet, intranet, or extranet. The main difference there is that a company can be
considered e-business even if it only uses online technology within the organization.
In addition, E-commerce has massive quantities and worldwide target customer while e
business target some large specific countries.
3. What are the dimensions of technology in business?
In modern era, technology offers convenience to all the people mostly in business. It is
the most accessible method of transaction such as money, communication, promoting
the product and business. The technological environment includes the changes in technology
that may aid in the operation of a business. A company must stay current with new
technological trends. These may impact consumer preferences for products. These may also
impact the cost of the production of products. For example, landline phones are disappearing
as more people use cell phones. Newer, more efficient machinery may help reduce a company’s
operating costs that could help the company be more competitive.
