CONCLUSION
An effective education requires the active participation of various elements such as the teachers,
the curriculum, the community, the parents and above all, the students. Traditional teaching
focuses on memorization, it includes giving long lectures and it makes teachers the center of the
class, but to optimize the learning process it is necessary to modify the way our classrooms are
designed.

Teachers do not only share information with their students, they also guide them academically
and emotionally, they must provide them with motivation while at the same time evaluating their
progress. But they can not do it on their own, teachers need the collaboration of the entire
classroom, that is why students must actively participate in the activities that the teacher plans
during class, they need to contribute to the class by interacting with their other classmates and
by being responsible with their homework and exams. In that way, it will be easier for the teacher
to analyze their needs and design activities that go according to those needs.

It is necessary for us, as future teachers to identify the functions that we will accomplish, and it
is also important to create opportunities and the right conditions for our students to carry out their
own responsibilities, only in that way we will contribute to the ongoing improvement of our
current educational system.
