WeCare.

WeCare Fellowship aims to recognise and

felicitate writers among Indian students. We
invite students above 10th Std to express their
views on environmental issues.
The theme of the essay competition is Waste
Management. Paricipants can write on any of
the topics listed under the theme. While your
essays will be published at The Hyphen, you will
be invited to atend Creative the Writing Course
organised by us.
In addition, our parners will ooer internship
oppo unties to the winners.
Target Audience
• School Students of 11th and 12th grade.
• College Students
Students above 11th std across the country
will be encouraged to paricipate in the
competition.

● Waste in My Community
● Segregation at Source
● Waste to Energy: Market & Policy

Eligibility
Ÿ The essay must be writen in English or Hindi
only.
Ÿ Word limit is 500-1500 words.
Ÿ The Essay must be original and unpublished,
as any form of plagiarism will result in
disqualifcation of the essay.
Ÿ Only one submission per author will be
accepted. Multiple or incomplete submissions
lead to disqualifcation.
Ÿ This competition is open to all students
residing in India.
Ÿ Originality and clarity of the content, Quality
of the analysis and research and Language
and Structure of the essay will be given
priority during evaluation.
Ÿ Understanding of Socio Economic issues will
also add to overall scoring.
