 Proceed by hover on ‘LICENCE REGISTRATION and select a license type.

 Click to make any changes on personal information.

 Click to proceed to next tab.

 1.2 Licence Registration (Employer Information)

 Click to view list of supervisor under the current company.

 Click on any of the supervisor on the list to view the supervisor details.

1.3 Licence Registration (Contact Information)

 Click to attach the supporting documents.

 Columns with asterisk ( ) sign are mandatory required documents.
 Attached documents will be displayed as per screenshot below.

 Click on to view attached file.

 Click on to delete selected file.
 1.5 Licence Registration (Application Submission)

 Click to submit license application registration to LPPEH Board for approval.

 System will prompt user with this message and email notification after successful application
submission.

 After submitting, click on to view an outstanding processing and registration fee.

 User will receive an email notification if the license registration application is approved,
 User have to proceed to make payment for license registration fee.
 User able to view the approved license in their respective profile under License List.
